GROCER JACK great runner-up in G1 Grosser Dallmayr-Preis

Following two strong placings at G2 level, Dr. Christoph Berglar's GROCER JACK entered the starting gates in today's €100,000 G1 Grosser Dallmayr-Preis at Munich and proved the best German horse when he finished in an excellent second place behind a triumphant and superior winner. The four-year-old Waldemar Hickst-trained colt had Marco Casamento on board for a strong finish under top weight, which earned him the runner-up berth after 2000 metres and put him on record with his first G1 placing.
