800.000 gns for Lope De Vega-filly at Tattersalls

This year's October Yearling Sale at Tattersalls turned out to be a very successful venture for our Bloodstock agency. Book 1 of the sale generated very good results headed by an impressive filly by Lope De Vega out of Gestuet Ammerland's BRITANNIA-granddaughter BURNING HEIGHTS. The hammer fell at 800.000 gns for the bay filly, who will move into a box stall at John Gosden's quarters and race in the famous blue Godolphin silks. Yet another Ammerland youngster went to Sheikh Abdullah Almalek Alsabah. The bay filly by the champion Frankel out of the BORGIA-daughter BISCAYA BAY left the sales ring at 230,000 gns.
