Gr.3 winner for RR Bloodstock choice ANCHORAGE

Last weekend brought about a nice success in the US from our point of view when five-year-old ABAAN (Will Take Charge) took the $200,000 Gr.3 W.L.McKnight Stakes at Gulfstream Park in commanding style. The colt is a product of the Tapit mare ANCHORAGE, who was selected for Stonereath Stud by Ronald Rauscher in his first year as Bloodstock agent. The 2007 born mare counts the Group-placed Chip Leader among her successful offspring and provided the sales topper with a $1.7 million yearling colt by City of Light at Keeneland last year.
